Operational & Streetscape Improvements: Fulton Industrial Boulevard From Cascade Road to Camp Creek Parkway
Streetscape: Fulton Industrial Boulevard from Lakeview Court to Westpark Drive
Safety and operational upgrades are on the way for the Cascade Road and Fulton Industrial Boulevard intersection. This project, which will improve access to and allow for safer travel through the entire district, also incorporates landscaping, sidewalks, streetlights, enhanced pedestrian safety crosswalks and islands, gateway signage, and public art.

Gateway Enhancement: Fulton Industrial Boulevard at Martin Luther King Jr. Drive
The Fulton Industrial Boulevard and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive intersection is a primary gateway into the district. This project includes the installation of a branded monument sign to welcome visitors to the district along with upgraded sidewalks, landscaped buffers and decorative pedestrian lighting to create a safer and more inviting environment.

This project continues the CID’s efforts to beautify the Fulton Industrial corridor. Four landscaped median islands will be installed to improve the aesthetic along this heavily traveled stretch of Fulton Industrial Boulevard.

The Fulton Industrial district is the largest industrial corridor in the eastern United States. Its connectivity to major interstates and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport has made it location of choice for some of the region’s largest businesses for nearly 60 years.
