Fulton Industrial District Overview
With more than 55 million square feet of industrial space, 26,000 jobs and $2.1 billion in payroll, the Fulton Industrial district is the largest industrial district in the eastern United States. The district’s proximity to major interstates I-20 and I-285, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, downtown Atlanta and intermodal rail facilities has made it a location of choice for some of the region’s largest businesses for more than 60 years. Geographically, the district is located in southwest Fulton County and is roughly bordered by the Chattahoochee River to the west, Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway to the north and Campbellton Road to the south.
