Gateway & Streetscape: Fulton Industrial Boulevard From Campbellton Road to Kendall Park Lane

Project Overview
Enhancing the Southern Gateway to the District
The intersection of Fulton Industrial Boulevard and Campbellton Road is the southern gateway in the Fulton Industrial district. Today, there is little at the intersection to signal that travelers have entered a major employment and industrial district. The Fulton Industrial CID is planning gateway and streetscape improvements to change that experience.
Gateway Signage and Wayfinding
The project will include a branded gateway monument sign, landscaping and wayfinding elements that help create a clearer sense of arrival. These improvements will strengthen the corridor’s image, support navigation for visitors and contribute to a more cohesive identity along the 11-mile Fulton Industrial Boulevard corridor.
Streetscaping
The project also includes median landscaping along Fulton Industrial Boulevard from Campbellton Road to Kendall Park Lane. Native, low-growing, heat-tolerant plants and shrubs will improve the visual quality of the southernmost portion of the district while supporting a practical, durable landscape approach.
Together, the gateway and landscaping improvements will help create a stronger first impression, build pride in the corridor and make the southern end of Fulton Industrial Boulevard feel more intentional, connected and welcoming.
