NOTICE OF FULTON INDUSTRIAL COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as provided in the FULTON COUNTY COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS ACT (“Act”), approved April 3, 1987 (Ga. L. 1987, p. 5460) as amended, that a caucus of Electors of the Fulton Industrial Community Improvement District (CID) shall be held on the 7th day of May, 2020 at the Fulton County Aviation Community Cultural Center, 3900 Aviation Circle, N.W., Atlanta, Georgia 30336. The purpose of the caucus is to elect Board Members to serve in Posts 3 & 4 on the Fulton Industrial Community Improvement District Board. Registration for the election shall be held from 8:45 o’clock A.M. to 9:30 o’clock A.M. Voting will occur immediately after each Elector who has arrived at the registration table by 9:30 o’clock A.M. has registered. A map of said District is on file with the Fulton County Commission Clerk and the Fulton County Tax Commissioner. All Electors as designated under the Act are invited to attend and cast their votes.
