Since the late 1950s and early 1960s, the Fulton Industrial area has been home to a wide range of businesses – a number of which have been located in the industrial district for 40 to 50 years. Americold Logistics
Americold Logistics is a leading owner and operator of temperature-controlled infrastructure. The company, which has been in business for 120 years, owns and/or operates more than 240 temperature-controlled warehouses, with approximately 1.5 billion refrigerated cubic feet of storage around the globe.
B&S Electric Supply Company, Inc.
B&S Electric Supply Company is a wholesale distributor of electrical distribution equipment, motor control and electrical component supplies. The company has been headquartered in the Fulton Industrial Boulevard area since its formation in 1977.
Columbia Safety & Supply
Founded in 2005, Columbia Safety and Supply is North America’s premier outfitter of fall protection, safety equipment and gear for at-height workers, industry and construction. The company, which ships to all 50 states as well as more than 50 countries, supplies everything employers need to keep their employees safe and productive while on the job.
Jerry Pate Company
Jerry Pate Company, a provider of turf, irrigation and outdoor beautification products, has called the Fulton Industrial area home for its Atlanta operations since 2005. Headquartered in Pensacola, the company’s customer base includes turf equipment dealers, golf courses, sports facilities, schools and universities, municipalities, irrigation contractors, government agencies, and more.
Miller Zell
Miller Zell is a national leader in experiential design combining strategy, creative store design, signage, merchandising, fixtures, décor, POP, digital and execution capabilities to every kind of branded environment. The company works with brands across the retail, banking and healthcare segments and also infuses brands into corporate headquarters.
PepsiCo – Gatorade
The Fulton Industrial CID is home to one of PepsiCo’s seven U.S. Gatorade manufacturing plants. From its location on Westgate Parkway, PepsiCo produces more than 45MM cs each year that is distributed throughout the United States. There are more than 400 employees working at the plant and at peak times of the year, more than 250 trucks are coming and going from the facility.
RJR Props
RJR Props is a provider of sets and props for feature films, television, commercials, advertising campaigns, music videos and more. Founded in 1991, the company has worked with feature films, such as “The Hunger Games,” “Ant-Man,” “Spider-Man” and “Fast and the Furious.” RJR Props’ “prop house” is located on Westpark Drive in the Fulton Industrial district from where it builds all types of props.
Strathmore Carpet One Floor & Home
Strathmore Carpet One Floor & Home is a family-owned, full-service flooring, cabinet and paint supplier serving markets throughout the Southeast including Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh and Charleston. Founded in 1993, the Atlanta-based company has operated a large warehouse and showroom on East Great Southwest Parkway in the Fulton Industrial area since 2006.
Tie Down Engineering
Tie Down Engineering, a manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of products for the agriculture, safety, marine, manufactured housing and roofing industries, has called the Fulton Industrial Boulevard area home for more than four decades. Founded in Miami in 1968 by Chuck MacKarvich, the company got its start producing tie-down anchors for manufactured homes.
