J. Lynn Rainey of Rainey & Vaughan, LLC serves as general counsel for the Fulton Industrial Community Improvement District. Lynn has practiced law since 1977 and is a leading expert in the formation and representation of CIDs in Georgia. His experience includes a wide range of legal issues including business, contracts, government, ethics, civil litigation, personal injury, criminal and many other areas of client representation. Lynn received his undergraduate degree from Oxford College of Emory University and his law degree from Mercer University.
