Gil R. Prado, AICP (Executive Director)
Gil R. Prado is the Executive Director of the Boulevard CID (Community Improvement District) in Atlanta, Georgia where he leads the day-to-day management of the organization and the redevelopment of the Fulton Industrial district, which is known as the largest industrial corridor in the Eastern USA.
Gil Prado is an accomplished professional and civic leader with expertise in several interrelated fields including real estate, urban planning, infrastructure, sustainability, design, community and economic development. He has worked as an entrepreneur and held positions in the private, public and non-profit sectors.
Gil is a lifelong leaner who is an alum of UCLA (University of California Los Angeles), SCAD (Savannah College of Arts and Design) and Harvard University where he was recently elected to serve on the Harvard University Graduate School of Design Alumni Council. Additionally, Gil is involved with various professional associations including the APA (American Planning Association) and AICP (American Institute of Certified Planner) and ULI (Urban Land Institute).
