Donald Lee Hollowell/Fulton Industrial Boulevard Intersection Improvements
GDOT is currently in the planning process to make operational improvements at Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway (SR 8) and Fulton Industrial Boulevard (SR 70). This intersection, located within the city of Atlanta, is a designated “oversized truck route” and sees a heavy volume of freight traffic entering and exiting the Fulton Industrial District.
Improvements include an additional left-turn lane (creating dual left-turn lanes) for westbound traffic on Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway to southbound Fulton Industrial Boulevard and optimization of signal operations.

Streetscaping
