Gil R. Prado, AICP
Executive Director
Gil Prado is the executive director of the Boulevard Community Improvement District in Atlanta, Georgia where he leads the day-to-day management of the organization and the redevelopment of the Fulton Industrial district, which is the largest industrial corridor in the eastern United States.
Gil is an accomplished and award winning professional and with expertise in several interrelated fields including real estate, urban planning, infrastructure, sustainability, design, community and economic development. He has worked as an entrepreneur and held positions in the private, public and non-profit sectors.
A lifelong learner, Gil is an alum of University of California Los Angeles, Savannah College of Art and Design and Harvard University where he serves on the Harvard University Graduate School of Design Alumni Council since 2018. Additionally, Gil is involved with various professional associations including the American Planning Association, the American Institute of Certified Planners and the Urban Land Institute.
