The Fulton Industrial Community Improvement District intends to select qualified consultant(s) to perform consulting services for the development of a Freight Cluster Plan.
The CID, in cooperation with the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC), Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), and other stakeholders, seeks to implement a planning study effort that will result in a freight cluster plan. The CID seeks to study the freight movements within the study area to address infrastructure conditions, dependencies on current facilities, and future needs related to safety, traffic congestion, intersection design, intermodal access, and other related planning issues.
